Finksburg MD

On Android App In City name / Postcode if I enter the city name "Finksburd" or "21048" I get "No matches found" but if I enter "Carroll" I can look up streets Carroll is the County Finksburg is located. Other City names in Carroll work. On open Street Maps online searching for "Finksburg MD" I get "Hamlet Finksburg, Carroll, Maryland, United States of America" and I can look up addresses?
