I have a problem to find the hamlet Silver Gate (45.006884, -109.9896288) in Montana, US in the GPS Navigation & Maps app. On the OSM web page it is there since 2008. I can't find the village in Montana or Wyoming. If I press on the US 212 High Way in Silver Gate I get the message the place is in Wyoming. But this is not true, the road and the village is in Montana. Perhaps you're talking about this Android application? If so you'll need to contact the author of it - OpenStreetMap isn't responsible for how 3rd-party applications are written; it just provides the data.
