Since some days, when I upload a trace I have been getting the following warning:

You have 200 traces waiting for upload. Please consider waiting for these to finish before uploading any more, so as not to block the queue for other users.

My total number of traces (over the years) is 200.

Does anybody know why I get that warning message?

this seems to be a bug. i've opened a new bugreport about it : https://trac.openstreetmap.org/ticket/4997

edit : and it should be fixed by TomH now - huge thanks :)
