License of GPS data?

2	What is the license of the GPS data which is collected in and offered for download by OSM? At the according wiki page and (after using search engines) nowhere else seems a license for the GPS data to be mentioned. gps-data license asked 15 Sep '13, 11:38 malenki 4.7k●2●46●83 accept rate: 6%

Result so far: GPX data is now also ODbL.

Or is it wrong?
