I dont know of an osmand-specific way to do this, but this technique will work with many different toos:

Go to go to waymarkedtrails website and zoom in on your route. Then open the routes panel (bottom right), click your route, click GPX, and save the gpx file localy. Lastly, in osmand, locate the "load/display gpx/track" option (sorry, no detailed instructions, dont have the app handy right now, anyone care to edit the answer ?).

Waymarkedtrails also has a montainbike, hiking, and skating version.

Thank you!

On the waymarkedtrails website I found the desired route and via GPX file I could import it into osmand.

Problem solved!
