I'm currently using JOSM to draw the streets, but when drawing circles with the plugin arch, by checking in the editor ID I appear deformed, for example http://www.openstreetmap.org/edit?editor=id#map=17/19.15808/-98.22783 or http://www.openstreetmap.org/edit?editor=id#map=18/19.15153/-98.22721

Is it a problem JOSM or OSM? Sorry my english, but I'm using Google Translator

meta: @mihailrusia: Alternatively you could just use your native language (e.g. there is a list of all Spanish questions)!

@mihailrusia: I cannot see a circle in your links. Please link to object pages if possible. However, I see a too much nodes in way/236353718 or way/146945899.

You may have used a non-Mercator projection in JOSM. Please check your setting in JOSM - it should be "Mercator". See Help/Preferences/Map.
