Presumably it's the actual "club building" that you're looking for a tag for? Airport runways etc. (including at your example) are already pretty well mapped.

Hi, did you mean this, http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/FR:Tag:sport%3Dfree_flying. The field your pointing has been tagged earlier and looks good. If its something else please tell some more.

Almost certainly not. That wiki page is describing paragliding:

http://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/tags/sport=paragliding

What the questioner is most likely asking about is flying whilst in an aeroplane, rather than attached to some curtains by a piece of string.

It's club where you can rent a small plane or learn how to drive it. A plane like http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cessna_172

Please look here too to gather some used tags http://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=17/51.94990/4.42428. They have some smalll airplanes as well.
