By "Maine" the question probably means, er, Maine. Not every question is misspelt :)

Easiest way I've found is through http://garmin.openstreetmap.nl/ but you can peruse other options on the OSM wiki pages OSM_Map_On_Garmin and OSM_Map_On_Garmin/Download
