Hi, is it possible to obtain a file for a selection of the map so that it can be used in other GIS mapping readers and then edited, iv'e tried exporting and it never works. I agree Cloudmade is the best option but be aware that not all data is exported with Cloudmade and if not tagged correctly it wont pick up certain things answered 28 Jan '11, 10:21  mark29 |
Since you mentioned GIS mapping readers, I'm assuming that the shapefile format will work for you. Cloudmade offers shapefile downloads by country. answered 27 Jan '11, 12:14  Mike N |
