During my trip I found a track that is border between a forest (landuse=forest) and a field (landuse=farmland). One side of the track is forest, second side is a field.

There are options that I have in my mind:

  1. draw the forest as closed way, a bit next draw the track as a new way and a bit next draw the field as a new closed way. It is nearest the reality, but difficult to draw and edit.
  2. draw the border (highway=track) and reuse the way in two multipolygon relations (forest and farmland) as outer member.
  3. same as (b) but re-use the border points and draw forest and farmland as closed ways
