Scarce camera (red light and/or speed) data for USA?

It looks like there is only very little amount of camera (red light and/or speed) data for USA. Is this correct or am I searching for the wrong tag? (node:highway=speed_camera, relation:enforcement=maxspeed, relation:enforcement=traffic_signals) Thanks.
