Hi Sometime favorites lose their positions and a message say "no card available for this place. Distance displayed is more than 5000 km. Do you know the reasson ? |

This appears to be a question about some software or website that uses OSM data, rather than the OSM data itself.
What software or website are you having a problem with?
Also, I'm guessing that English isn't the language that you're seeing the message in (the English words "card" and "map" translate to the same word in several European languages). If you'd find it easier, feel free to ask in your native language - I'm sure that plenty of people will understand you here!
