Maps for Mio Spirit 300

How can i put the downloaded maps on my Mio? I want to download te map from Germany and put it on my Mio Spirit 300, but i don't now if it is possible and how to do it.

I could not find info if that even is possible on this help site or in the OSM wiki.

Oh, well, looking again - all at the end of the page I found some info (but about a different model): model Cyclo P550 "[…] comes preshiped with OSM maps that get updated 4 times/ year. Sadly you can't create your own maps […]".
