how can i make changes in form of tagging places if i want to render it in my work?

... indeed ... please give us examples: What places do you mean? Are they important/useful for everyone, or are they only useful to your own purposes or even "private"?

And what do you mean "in my work"? Do you want to print maps on paper? or display map on a website?

i want to use it in my website. and if i select a point to tag, then some fields are to be filled to save the name of that node. i want to customise those fields.

I assume you want to use the iD editor on your website. You can customize everything in iD - it is opensource (code linked on the wiki page), I am not aware (did not see at OSM.org's use) of a method to pre-fill some fields by URL parameters.

However, do you want people to use the editor on your website to make changes to OSM data? Do you want to have an own database? Then you need much more than only a customized version of iD. It may be helpful for you to describe in mooooore words what you want to do.
