Around the city of Eskilstuna in Sweden there seems like some map tiles are rebdered with forest and others don't. The effect is a sharp square with green in it around the city. you can see it here: http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=59.385&lon=16.426&zoom=9&layers=M It shows up on zoom level 8 and above. Similar edges are visible elsewhere, e.g. the Sweden/Norway border, but the square around Eskilstuna is especially noticable. Is this a known problem? Will it be fixed? Is it common? :P |

If you look at for example way 194522135 you'll see that this is a Corine import done by Sten Åkerblom, which explains why the forests are limited by a square (and also may have some characteristically computer generated, nagged borders). That not a "problem", and will be "fixed" by someone taking the time and effort to import nearby data. |
