Am I allowed to have multiple accounts for editing OpenStreetMap? It's not permitted some other sites (e.g. Wikipedia, though with a few exceptions), and I just want to check whether it's OK here. asked 05 Jun '13, 12:32 Berrichon |

Yes, it is allowed. Obviously we'd ask you not to abuse that freedom (by e.g. making a suggestion with one of your accounts on the Wiki and then enthusiastically supporting it with your other 200 accounts, or by inventing a new tag and using it with your 200 accounts to give the impression that it was widely used by many contributors, or so). answered 05 Jun '13, 13:02 Frederik Ramm ♦ |
Frederik didnt mentioned that if you want to collect the points you earned, several accounts would not be the best way to go. answered 05 Jun '13, 13:15 Hendrikklaas 3 Points????
