You can also make a payment by bank transfer. The OpenStreetMap Foundation has a UK bank account, which you can pay donations into. Note you may be charged a fee for making an international bank transfer.

A bank transfer hardly qualifies as "annonymous", but it does cut out one middleman compared to paypal.

You could go into a branch of Barclays Bank, and pay cash directly into the OSMF account. That would be pretty much anonymous.
