I'm trying to export a map for use in a diary, but I keep getting an error message that says

Error

The load average on the server is too high at the moment. Please wait a few minutes before trying again.

It's been like this for a week. What's going on? If I can't get this map I'll have to go to print with a really nasty one my designer came up with Help!

Have a look at the answer to this previous question - that (and the links from it) should explain everything.
