A few questions I have after trying out the new iD editor:

Is there a way to view node or way ids?
How do you extend an existing road/line?
Is there a list of the keyboard shortcuts? (a la https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Potlatch_2/Shortcuts)
