Could you possibly edit your question to make it a bit more clear what you're asking for? A "marker" might refer to the new "notes" feature that's recently rolled out on the main OSM map, or it might be asking for a new type of point-of-interest that doesn't have one to get one, or it might be asking about displaying markers in a Javascript framework such as Leaflet.
What exactly do you want to do?
