Printing fault in upgrade

I have just accepted an invite to upgraded version and now I cant print maps. I have a layer of GPS points which appear in the correct loction on the screen but when attempting to print a map the scale of the map layer is not connected to the Object layer.

What upgraded version are you talking about and how/where are you trying to print?

(I know Webbo.) He's using JOSM, and the Print plugin. The layers shown in the print preview do not stay in sync as he changes the scale.
