How can I mark more than one place on a map , which i want to use for my own website? (export with HTML)

When you need a static image with more than one marker, have a look at Static_map_images and try all possibilities there, some are nicely wizard-driven.

Or when you need a draggable and zoomable map with markers, have a look at Openlayers_POI_layer_example or OpenLayers in general. Maybe useful information can be found at Deploying_your_own_Slippy_Map.
