What is the difference between them?

There is only one OpenStreetMap database, but many people make maps from it. They all apply different style sheets so their maps look different. The servers are also operated by different organisations, people, or companies, so they have different policies on what you are allowed to do with the tile servers (e.g. how many tiles you can download at once and so on).
