How to tag a newly added building. By using a universal tag as hut or bunker or the original size if available ? And what to add if it’s been damaged ? There’s a value damage used for road damage being a barrier. Greetz

@Hendrikklaas: is that really your question? I don't really understand it. What do you mean by "original size"? You obviously should only tag huts as huts and bunkers as bunkers. Those links may help/clarify: Key:building , Simple_3D_Buildings , Key:disused.

Hi Aseerel4c26, the number of buildings tagged building - yes confused me (93 %). Just a simplyfied square or a symbol. But I should have looked here, http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Building And will add buildings as good as its gets and keep an eye on the Wiki, just to improve the vieuw of OSM. Greetz

What confuses you about this number? Please be more specific if you want an answer to your question.

hi I was confused by the number of square buildings in OSM. I expect them to be reality, but mostly its a image with a tag and no description.

@Hendrikklaas: Sorry, I don't understand your comment. What are / where are "square buildings"? Where are "image[s] with a tag"? Do you mean on a wiki page, or in the OSM data?

Can you give an example of a confusing building?
