You can export it as image and later use image editing programs to rotate it ~45 degrees.

Please note that for some people this map turning may cause some confusion. But it all depends on the exact shape of city.

Lo que necesito es exportarlo en código XML por eso quería seleccionar la zona exacta que quiero estudiar. Pero desde aquí directamente no puedo hacerlo.Gracias por la respuesta.
