There were some technical issues in the last week or two, preventing the generation of the weekly planet files. ( http://lists.openstreetmap.org/pipermail/dev/2013-April/026763.html ) As soon as those are resolved, the weekly schedule will be resumed.

In the mean time, it is always possible to update the most recent planet file with daily diffs using e.g. osmosis to obtain a fully up-to-date planet file. ( https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Osmosis )
