I am looking for info about the openfietskaart to see if it a gps progarm made or is just someone copy it from over web page. Why I am asking, it will be hell alot funny to ride with the gps looking at that then a stock gps map.

Look at https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Openfietskaart . Otherwise you need to be more specific on which "info about" you need. Also see https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/OSM_Map_On_Garmin/Download for other maps for (Garmin) GPSrs.
