Does anyone else think that way 208638001 is irrelevant? How do I search without having to review them one by one in the form?

These "imagery boundaries" was discussed very recently on the "talk" mailing list. See this message, and subsequent ones (and it also spills over into April). In that thread people have contributed various opinions (that they shouldn't be in the database because they're not data and not even metadata, or that they're really useful for remote mapping). I'd read that those messages before deciding what to do on a case-by-case basis.

However, this particular example dates from 2011, and a quick check shows that the Bing imagery there has been updated, so I'd delete it.

Each OSM item has a "browse" page associated with it, like this:

If someone gives you a different number, you can navigate manually to the relevant browse page by typing it in.

To find other similar ways, you can use taginfo.
