World map in s-57 format

Hi,

I would like to know if it is possible to get the world map in the S-57 format with only the continents and the islands (no text and no frontier between countries)?

After simply googling for "convert osm to s-57" there are some hints in the OSM wiki at wiki/User:Skippern/INT-1

Thank you for the link but I haven't the skill and the time to write a converter osm to s-57.
