I know this is an old thread, but this does not work for me. I paste the url of the history page but when clicking the "GetFiltered RSS URL" button I always get the message "Could not fetch requested URL".

It appears these tools let you know what's changed in your area of interest. Are there any tools that notify me only when a feature I've touched is edited?
