I am currently trying to run every street segment in my city. I would like to store my cumulative tracks over OSM. I see there are a variety of sites where people may store and share individual tracks, but what I am doing does not seem to fit with any of these. Any suggestions?

If you want something on your own website, you could use OpenLayers. eg start with this OpenLayers Track example. Then that can be easily modified to show multiple tracks at once, see the customization section on that page.

If you just want to see yourself whether all streets have been covered, you may load all your tracks in JOSM or Merkaartor and visually verify it.
