How do i download the mountain bike trails in Rotorua, NZ to my Garmin?

I'm computer literate, but this is beyond me....sorry.

Any help appreciated - leave in the morn!

Here can you find all mtb routes that are mapped on OSM: http://mtb.waymarkedtrails.org Download them and place the gpx files in a gpx subfolder in the garmin folder.

There seems to be only one (correctly) mapped mountain bike route, the Morengi MTB Track. But several other cycle routes are available.
