Is it possible to display old versions of Bing imagery?

Is it technically possible and/or allowed under Microsoft's licence for older versions of Bing imagery to be used as background layers? This would be useful for tracing when e.g. features in the most recent images are obscured by clouds. If it is possible, is there somewhere to request such a feature?
