IP address geolocation data by OSM?

Hi all, I found one conversation in the forum that seems to answer my question already, but just in case I'd like to confirm.

Does OpenStreetMap offer any sort of data download of IP addresses and the associated country, city, zip, etc.? (Similar to what MaxMind offers)
