OSM plugin for ArcGIS 10.0

Is there an option to install the OSM plugin for ArcGIS 10.0? Everything points me to availability for only 10.1

maybe one of the old versions of the plugin will install with arcgis 10.0 - probably those released before the release of 10.1.
