Good morning, Actually I am working in a software company and we are working in an application that use a map so we decided to use for it open street map, unfortunately we did a lot of request to your server and our IP address was blocked. Well done for choosing OpenStreetMap! However, OpenStreetMap's servers are run entirely on donated resources. They have strictly limited capacity. Unfortunately, heavy use of OSM tiles adversely affects people's ability to edit the map - which will be why your access has been blocked. The wiki contains useful guidance on the policy - and also some good pointers on how to avoid the problem either by using alternative tile providers or by creating your own server. What service? Tiles? Or Nominatim?
