Hi, I’ve been searching for a tool in P2 and JOSM that gives me the change to turn a certain building some degrees. It would make the correction of imported data much easier. Or even the import of a standard building several times over at different places. Is there such a tool in OSM or didn’t I look at the right site. The next question is if it aint in OSM, should not it be there besides all the other tools ? Greetz

just to mention the closely related question somewhere: Same question (only about JOSM) - rotate polygon in josm. As far as I know this is not possible in Potlatch2.

You can rotate an object in JOSM by selecting it, pressing ctrl-shift and then using the mouse.

This is described in the JOSM status bar at the bottom of the edit window.

Or did you want a numeric rotation angle value? I am not aware of being able to enter "turn 7 degrees".
