07:02: Seems to be a server problem. http://www.openstreetmap.org/ is completely down for me (Germany) - confirmed by http://stats.pingdom.com/p310g2klasry/546498 . Probably that is also your problem.

07:16: www works again (for me and pingdom). Login there works too for me.
