I have sent a report to info at geofabrik.de but have not received an acknowledgement; I know they are always busy! I think, but am not sure, that I have found a false positive: Example Link I can find nothing wrong pertaining to duplicate_ways to correct. I have come across many duplicate_way errors like this.
