I am running the ArcGIS Editor for OpenStreetMaps 2.1 for ArcGIS 10.1. I can download, extract and symbolize data from openstreetmap via the openstreetmap toolbox following these instructions. I then create features and upload them following these instructions making sure to populate the appropriate attribute fields. The edit number on my OSM account goes up as seen here but when I click on my edits it only shows two that I have done in the browser. The ArcGIS tool shows that the upload was successful every time I make an edit and use the upload tool. Several times I have checked the revision table and made sure that it does contain data that appears to represent the changes I have made.
