Why not ask your question on the new OpenStreetMap Community Forum?

In OsmAnd there a quite a few routing indications that are spoken incompletely or are not occurring at all. There is no indication for "Leave the motor way after 600 meters" or any of these things. Another thing I found out was, that the word "roundabout" does not occur in version 1.1.0. I hear something like "Take the 3rd on your right" without the warning that a roundabout is approaching:))

BUT...it is a great and wonderful thing!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would like to offer my help in translating these voice-indications in my (Dutch) language. Paul Miedema

Hi Paul, this here is a general question and answer database for OpenStreetMap (the data collection) itself. OsmAnd is just one of the many applications which use our data. Please get in contact with the creators of OsmAnd directly. You find contact options (and homepage links) there: http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/OsmAnd#Contact From there you can get to the OsmAnd homepage http://osmand.net/ and there you will find on the left menu the translation centre: http://translate.osmand.net/engage/osmand/?utm_source=widget This should be what you search for.

Thanks for your help!
