I add an information point to the map and give it a proper name. After the changes are active I can see the information point on the map, but the name is not showed. Does anyone knows how to enable the name of the information point?

We do not have one single map (style). There are many different maps made out of OSM data. It depends on the map style which information is shown and which not. Names often take up much space and space is scarce on maps. You need to ask the creator of the map style or make your own map.

If you want to ask if you made a mistake in entering the information, please provide a link to the data in question. Perhaps this map might be what you're looking for?

I think the OSM standard map style doesn't show names of information points.
