I use Talky Toaster for the UK but with http://www.mapsntrails.com/en
you go a website which lists lots of free downloads, with this site the 'world is literally your lobster'

Have a look at this "basic guide to download OSM to Garmin GPS"-question. If it doesn't help, then it's definitely worth searching through previous "how do a load an XYZ map on a Garmin eTrex device" questions - there have been lots of them. Here are the ones tagged "etrex", and here are those tagged "etrex20" (I don't have one, but people have said that the capabilities are slightly different to older devices). In particular there's an answer here that describes the process with a Mac.

These maps work on your device and will lead you through the process. http://talkytoaster.info/ukmaps.htm

Note: Talkytoaster will help you get a OSM map into Garmin Basecamp for preplanning and route exports to your Garmin. All free and may be of use with an android ( the waypoints and GPX files that is )
