I posted a message to Talk; but, being a Newbie, I am sure my questions over-lap several areas, except to me, where an answer from one area will change what I do in another area.

So, I would like to contact those that check the messages, this possible? Or just make another message asking what to do?

Thanks

Asking my Question:

Any thoughts about this? (hoping for no round robin)

Don't ask, how to ask somebody. Ask your question.

The lists are (in most cases, and certainly for talk) not moderated so there is no moderator to contact.

If you need to contact the list administrator, which it doesn't sounds like you do in this case, then just mail <listname>-owner@openstreetmap.org and it should reach them.
