How can I show a factory on the map?

From the wiki, I would use building=manufacture for the factory buildings, and make sure the area was contained within a landuse=industrial zone. Of course, tags such as the name of the factory are also useful.

On the buildings page there is additional information about how to add the outlines of buildings to OpenStreetMap.
