Review Changesets /Download and open osmChange XML

I want to review changesets done by mappers that are new to OSM.

Currently I go to "http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/changeset/123456789", download the osmChange XML to a file changeset.osc and open this file in JOSM. Is there an easier way to review a changeset?

Thanks, I know that page and use some of the tools (osmDiff) for example. But I could not find one now to review a specific changeset or changesets of a specific user more closely. Can you give me a hint?

@AddisMap_Alexander: I currently use achavi and OSM History Viewer (OSMHV) for this purpose. But new tools come and old ones go, so keep an eye on this list in future. :)
