Why not ask your question on the new OpenStreetMap Community Forum?

Just went through Steve beginners presentation and found that they are GPS units for loan. I have the intention to map Cameroon where most areas are rural. Is there an Organization that loan GPS units to collect data? Thanks

GPS units are available for loan through the GPStogo scheme, which is operated by the OpenStreetMap Foundation. That page has details of how to apply.

Maybe it is not the best answer, but for a first try you could ask the Humanitarian OSM Team. Th email address is info@hotosm.org .
