Hi all,

I've recently met an error while trying to save changes in Potlatch 2, saying that I was trying to upload an older version of a way. Being unable to solve the conflict, I have saved into a file the changes I was about to upload (an osmChange with placeholders), but now is there a way to upload them to the main database?

Thanks a lot!

Uploading with JOSM also seems to be possible (but also not trivial since the data errors need to be fixed and the file be slightly adjusted) - see question upload-potlatch2-xml-raw-data-using-josm.

When it happened to me I edited the osmchange file to remove the conflict manually and used Upload.py to upload the result. That's a process that's not for the fainthearted though - if that looks complicated you might want to contact someone on IRC and ask for help there.
