I have reported 2x bad routing on my neighbourhood, and nothing happened. Now I wanted to make the change in the map (to indicate that on one crossing, turning left is forbidden) - how shall I do it? Thanks!

Just out of interest, where did you report it?

Indicating turning restriction is done with a restriction relation. This page on the wiki has the needed information for turning and other restrictions. Note that once the edit is in the database, it might take some time before the data is updated on whatever routing engine you were using.
