Is it right to tag traffic_signals at each crossing of a two way road crossing with separate signals for pedestrians and bicycles or leave it as it has been tagged. Or ad all the signals seperatedly, so it ends up with 12 blackpoints at the crossing ? Just asking since the Wiki is not clear about it, I would prefer just one black dot at the middle of the road, but id like to follow the usual format. Greetz

The traffic signals wiki page rather clearly states that there is no well established convention currently. You can either add one single traffic signal at the crosspoint of the roads (example here) or one traffic signal of each incoming way of a crossing (examples here and here). It also depends on whether the sidewalks and bicycle ways are mapped separately or not.

Also don't forget about the crossing tag where you can specify various kinds of crossings.
